new Rj55 artistic dollar photo!
Legal Tender Extreme Close Up: All
US Dollars have the following note stamped on the front, THIS NOTE
IS LEGAL TENDER FOR ALL DEBTS, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE. I wasn't happy
with the previous "legal tender" photos, so I decided to give it
another shot. I like this photo because you can see all the little
fibers and wrinkles that give both the dollar and the photo a lot of
character. People ask me why I cropped the photo so close to the
edge of the text. The reason was to show more detail. The more you
crop a photo the less you have to reduce the size of the photo to
fit on the computer screen, therefore, the more raw, eye catching
detail you can show.

Eye of Providence -
New
extreme close up photo of the pyramid eye on the US
One Dollar Bill. Here you can see that the Dollar is constructed of
a cotton fabric instead of paper like most people think. So I guess
the phrase "Money doesn't grow on trees" is true.
In God We
Trust inscription -
I didn't notice until I looked through the view finder that the
"gold colored" dollar coin has "In God We Trust" engraved on the
side of the coin. Here's another close up photo of

I like this photo because the focus is on the word "Dollar" with a
slightly blurred George Washington in the background.

Let the Eagle Soar! Here's a beautiful close up photo of the Eagle
that dawns the back of the US One Dollar Bill.

Above is a close up photo of Pennies sitting on top of a Dollar
Bill. Hence the expression "Pennies
on the Dollar". We have a new section called
Pennies on the Dollar. I hear that
catch phrase on TV and radio all the time, but what do they mean
when they say "Pennies on the Dollar"? It simply means at a fraction
of the original amount. The reason they say Pennies on the Dollar is
because it catches people's attention. The reason it catches
people's attention, is because I think most people view Pennies as
close to worthless where as a Dollar still has some value.
Therefore, if you can pay back your dept with Pennies instead of
Dollars, than that would certainly be a good thing. However, the
funny thing is that even if you have to pay back 99 percent of your
dept or 99 Pennies per Dollar, then the radio announcer can still
call it "pennies on the dollar". All in all, "Pennies on the Dollar"
is nothing more than
colorful language, but it makes for
good artwork as well. See

Here's an extreme close up photo of George Washington's eyes. It is
amazing at how 3D his face looks on this wonderful piece of artwork.
If you are wondering about the blue line on his right eye, that is a
blue fiber found on US Dollar Bills. Hence, proof that this is an
actual photo of a real Dollar Bill.
Above is a close up high resolution of the pyramid and all-seeing
eye or Eye of Providence found on the back of the US Dollar. The original work is
actually in color, but I thought I would introduce my art in black
and white (actually grayscale). If you want to see the color
version, make a bookmark and I will post it later. I'm also going to
make a post a larger version for use as wallpaper computer
background.
